We put the personal touch in all our products and we hope that you love our products as much as we do.
However, we are human and mistakes do sometimes happen. If you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item please contact support at info@printingitpretty.co.uk
Please provide supporting photographic evidence and if it’s our mistake a replacement will be send to you straight away.
We want you to be happy with your order, however if for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and are looking to return or exchange an item please contact us within 14 days from the receipt of your goods for a refund or replacement.
Please note the following important exceptions to our returns policy
· Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
· Personalised items are not returnable or refundable
· We reserve the right to refuse the return of an item where it is apparent that the product has been used.
To help us process your return/replacement request quickly please follow the steps listed below: –
· Send an email to info@printingitpretty.co.uk to let us know that you are planning on returning an item
· Please include the order number, your name and postcode
· We cannot process a credit until the product is shipped back and received by us.
· Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse or send money to cover your return expenses.
· If you are returning an item to us you are responsible for the return postage costs
Most refunds are processed within 3-5 working business days from receipt of goods
Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude Bank Holidays please allow longer during busier times such as Christmas
An e-mail will be sent to confirm receipt of item/s and processing of your request return
Please supply clear documentation stating whether you require an exchange or refund.
If you do not supply any instructions, your order will be refunded by default.
Please allow up to 10 working days from receipt of a return for the replacement goods to be dispatched.
Please note that if we do not have available stock for the requested exchange a refund will automatically be processed.
All refunds will be as per the original payment method.

Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunatley we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@printingitpretty.co.uk
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Use a trackable shipping service to return an item/s. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
